Drive around Lake Tahoe

One of the most pristine places in the Reno, Nevada region is Lake Tahoe. At more than 191,000 square miles, Lake Tahoe is not only the largest alpine lake in the United States, but the 26th largest in the world. When I went, I couldn’t help but take in the radiant blue water that shimmered throughout the day. A drive around the lake would probably take an hour, but it’s entirely worth it to see such a magnificent part of the country.
